Do I need a landline or internet for my alarm?
No. Modern systems use cellular communicators, so monitoring continues during internet or phone outages.
Can you take over my existing alarm?
In most cases yes. Many panels can be reprogrammed or upgraded, and we will tell you if replacing the panel is the better choice.
What happens when my alarm goes off?
The monitoring center contacts you and, depending on the signal and your instructions, dispatches police, fire, or both, following verification steps we set up with you.
Will my pets set off the motion sensors?
Pet-immune sensors are available, and we place and tune sensors to avoid common triggers.
